A typical routine of the year end is revisiting abandoned projects and ideas that went by the wayside for no other reason than "I was just too busy to give it the focus it deserved". At that point, I stand back and take a look at everything with a new prospective and select the potentials that I feel worthy of a shot on our 2011 agenda.
I discovered a few pet projects that I hope to bring new breath and a chance to become the company hotties in this new year. Keep on the lookout for original wall art, new lamp designs and new looks in drapery hardware. I'm also excited to put some energy into the Goldsticks trademark. Established in 2004, this trademark was a deliberate effort to give us some room to develop products for licensing projects. In many cases these designs are a little removed from our typical look but share many elements true to the Susan Goldstick style.
Original wall art will debut in 2011.
