Yes. When you check out with your shopping cart, the shipping costs will only include the $10.00 fee for shipping within the US. We will email you the additional charge and handling fee for US express mail and will need a credit card to process this transaction. However, if you have a FedEx or UPS account number we can process your shipment using this number if you wish.
