Return Policy

Our cabinetmakers and artists take great pride in creating beautiful products. Quality control is important to us. We inspect all merchandise before it is packaged to assure that it meets our standards. In some cases, variations may occur due to the individually handcrafted nature of the products.

All items may be exchanged for merchandise credit with the exception of products from our Web Specials. Due to limited quantities and special discounts, all sales are final on purchases from our Web Specials. Any claims referring to errors in filling orders or defective merchandise damaged in shipping, must be made within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

If you need to make a claim or exchange merchandise, you must contact: Susan Goldstick, Inc. by phone: (888-566-2799) or by email for a written authorization (RGA). The company will not accept returned packages without an RGA.
